The apartment is located on the first floor of a three storey apartment building. The shared front door opens out on to Goat Street, just one minute walk from Dingle’s Main Street. The apartment itself is located to the front of the building which allows the light to spill into the bedrooms and living areas creating a bright and airy space. Both of the bedrooms are double beds with plenty of storage space.
The living area is an open plan living and dining room and kitchen. Is is spacious and bright and ideal for a relaxing meal in with friends or family. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large standing fridge-freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, microwave and kettle and toaster. A dining table separates the space between the kitchen and the living room.
In the living room there are two large comfy couches, so plenty of space for everyone to chill out. There is a television with the Irish Saorview channels. An electric fire gives you almost instant heat and the beauty of a fire without the mess!
Off the living room there is a small balcony overlooking the lane way to the side of the apartment building and Goat Street. Ideal in the afternoon when the sun hits it to unwind with a good glass of wine or a cup of tea.
